Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with package delivery. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

 

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. TouchDolls and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as TouchDolls does not cover additional customs fee charges. TouchDolls is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

*Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. Orders placed on Thursday after 11am EST through Friday 11am EST will arrive on Monday*. Orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

*Overnight orders - We are not responsible for the carrier's handling and delivery of your overnight order. Shipping costs are solely determined by the carrier, and we do not apply surcharges to their rates. Deliveries scheduled for Monday exclude national holidays.

*Any orders placed after 12PM Eastern Time will be processed the following the business day.

***Priority Shipping Orders Placed on Friday before 12pm EST will be processed on monday (excluding national holidays)   

*Cancellations and changes in the order must be communicated within 1 hour of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed via email and/or verbally to our customer service team.

* If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs. 

*Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.

*Packages sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as, APO-FPO-DOP. Additional rates may apply.

*Coupons: We reserve the right to ship with any carrier if a coupon code was used at the time of purchase. Free Shipping does not apply if a coupon is used during a sale

Miami Local Curb Side Pick Up

We offer free local curb side pick up between 10a-4p on weekdays. Orders placed after 9 a.m. EST will be ready for pick up the following business day. Goverment-issued photo ID of customer is required to match the name of the Order. Deliano items will require some production time(listed in each product description) prior to order being ready for pick up. 

*Pick up order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. 

 

*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. TouchDolls is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic events. 

*If a customer receives a package with tape on it, this package was most likely tampered with as we do not put tape on our packages during shipment. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier or the inexpensive Package Protection that we offer at checkout. 

Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.

*Please allow 2 days for all Overnight Orders to some states such as South Carolina, California and Texas(depending on location) via USPS.

*Our Deliano Miami line are hand crafted items made by our in house production team. Please note ordering Deliano Miami items require a 10-15 Day production time prior to shipping.

* Due to a High Volume of orders during SALES. No orders can be altered or cancelled.

*Please allow 1 business day for all FedEX packages to be pick, packed and fulfilled prior to shipping.

*Package Protection grace period 5 days after delivery.

Rewards

Orders paid in full with gift cards will not qualify for rewards points. Any rewards points applied to an order will be forfeited upon order fulfillment. Rewards points cannot be returned or refunded during processing of any returned items from the order.
