-Cancelations and changes in the order must be communicated with in 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed verbally to our customer service team.
-Online Store Credit are only granted when return postmark is no more than 7 calendar days after the package was delivered.
- If there is a system glitch on a oversold item (Out Of Stock) we will issue a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.
-When the returned item is received, Online Store Credit will be sent via email.
- Merchandise must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, and without damages
- Return shipping labels are not provided, except defective item/s.

*Notification must be made within 48 hours after the delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or an item was received broken. If notification is made pass this time exchange request will be denied.
