  • Fashion Nova's online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.fashionnova.com.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • Fashion Nova is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Should you choose to return, Fashion Nova does not provide pre-paid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, any customers purchasing outside of the U.S. will be unable to use our Online Returns Portal. Instead, please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our full Online Returns Policy.

To return by mail - Use your packing slip OR return form to return by mail using the carrier of your choice. For a copy of our return form, please click here. You may print this return form and include this with the item(s) you would like to return. Your return form must be accurately filled out and include your order number to ensure immediate processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Helpful Hint: Fashion Nova is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Los Angeles, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fashion Nova will not issue store credit for your returns.

Verification & Shipping

What if I have a quality issue with my purchase but don’t have a receipt and/or 7 days have passed? 

   We do stress that we have a 7-day period to get back in touch with us regarding your concerns or issues with your order. We do recommend calling us 786-235-8633 or emailing us at info@touchdolls.com to better assist you and find a solution.

I need to change something on my order. 

Can I make a change to my order after it is placed? 

After you have placed an order and need to make a change, you have about 2 business hours to get in contact with us at 786-235-8633 regarding your purchase to make any changes. You cannot make any changes to your order after this time as we work diligently to process and ship all orders same day.

What if my order gets lost or doesn’t arrive on time? 

   Our packages automatically come with signature guarantee delivery to make sure your packages get to you on time. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or packages lost in transit. If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepencies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.

What if I want to return or cancel my order that got lost or didn't arrive on time? 

   We stress that when placing orders to double and even triple check that you have entered all information correctly. Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
