Shipping within the United States

We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $75 and up. Free shipping applies to online orders and totaling $75+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Touch Doll Gift Cards do not count toward the $75 order total. Free Shipping may have some exclusion during a sale.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via DHL.

Free Shipping is only available in the United States

Any additional costs that may be incurred during shipping, is the recipients responsibility.

Please note: that delivery times go into same day you place an order.

*Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. Orders placed on Thursday after 11am EST through Friday 11am EST will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

*Order placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will ship within 24-48 hours.

*Cancelations and changes in the order must be communicated with in 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed verbally to our customer service team.

* If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepencies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs. 

*Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.

*Packages sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as, APO-FPO-DOP. Additional rates may apply.

*Coupons: We reserve the right to ship with any carrier if a coupon code was used at the time of purchase. Free Shipping does not apply if a coupon is used during a sale

*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. TouchDolls is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic events. 

Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.

*Please allow 2 days for all Overnight Orders to South Carolina via USPS.

*Our Deliano Miami line are hand crafted items made by our in house production team. Please note ordering Deliano Miami items require a 3-4 Day production time prior to shipping.

* Due to a High Volume of orders during SALES. No orders can not be altered or cancelled.

*Please allow 1 business day for all FedEX packages to be pick, packed and fulfilled prior to shipping.
